Went again yesterday and can confirm their Gran Margarita is one of the best in Dallas (and I'm an old guy with plenty of experience). Their food is a cut above. Good place. Friendly staff.

Update June '18: have been back at the insistence of a friend. The food is pretty good now, and the service is good. Service and decor were OK, but the food was bland. It's one of the few places in the area that I wouldn't eat at again.

I completely appreciated this place, the food is remarkable, as well as the bathrooms were clean. It was a little cold indoors, so yeah, it was not the very best. The waiter is great as well. I will certainly take into consideration going back again if I have the chance. Me and also my buddy bought the combo and also we were not disappointed. My one idea is to maintain the chilly exterior. Thanks!

Nice time. Happy hour that goes late with good margaritas. Decent Tex-Mex, but was out of carnitas, which is what I really wanted. Very reasonably priced option when taking in an event in the Arts District.

Great downtown Mexican restaurant!!! Their drinks are great as well. They are very busy for lunch and very slow for dinner. It does take a bit to get seated at lunchtime but they are quick to bring the food out. I have gone a couple times and have always enjoyed it. I got their enchiladas and strawberry margarita.
